Mae ein Hystafell Iechyd yn cynnig mynediad i'r Ystafell Stêm, y Sawna a'r Jacuzzi ynghyd â man ymlacio i'r cwsmeriaid hynny sydd eisiau rhou eu traed i fyny mewn awyrgylch hamddenol.
Cyfleusterau a Bwcio
Access to the Steam Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna is included FREE when using the Gym and to anyone with a Membership. You can also use the Health Suite on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Please note that all of our Health Suite sessions are mixed-gender.
