Spa facilities are available at Pontypool Active Living Centre for the enjoyment of Fitness Suite Members and 'Pay as you Go' Health Suite customers alike.
A place to Relax
Spa Facilities are a great way to relax, de-stress and soothe tired or overworked muscles.
Our Health Suites provide access to a Steam Room, Sauna and Jacuzzi along with relaxation space for those customers looking to unwind in a relaxing atmosphere.
Facilities and Booking
Access to the Steam Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna is included FREE when using the Gyms and to anyone with a Membership. You can also use the Health Suite on a pay as you go basis.
Please note that all of our Health Suite sessions are mixed gender.
You can book your session up to 8 days in advance, by calling our Bookings Team on 01633 627100, using our Mobile App or the online booking system.
When booking a session on the Health Suite, please be mindful of our terms and conditions. If there is a late cancellation or no-show, you will receive a charge on your account. You can read our terms and conditions here: Bookings T's & C's
All customers must abide by the centres operational guidelines. Only Customers over 16 years of age are able to access these facilities.
Please ask about discounts for people Over 60 or on low income.
