Our BRAND NEW gym at Cwmbran Stadium is filled with the latest Technogym cardio and resistance kit.

 You can choose your Technogym Cardio session, based on your personal goals, and the virtual trainer will guide you through a one-on-one session, offering you encouragement and suggesting the level of intensity, which you are free to follow or change. Our entire range of Technogym cardio equipment have these state-of-the-art unique features.

ENDLESS TRAINING POSSIBILITIES

All cardio equipment will be accessed via the Technogym App, have the app ready when you arrive for your first session!

Our staff will be on hand to guide you and help you personalise your training experience.
