Group Exercise Classes
Our instructors are qualified to deliver a safe and effective workout to everyone. Group exercise classes are social and fun. A great way to meet new friends.
Please Note - We recommend that you bring plenty of water to keep you hydrated during our classes. If you are attending Yoga, Pilates or PoundFit please bring your own Mats as these are not provided. All classes using equipment will be sanitised after every use.
