The plan was developed through the contributions of Torfaen Leisure Trust’s staff, trustees and stakeholders. It is a start of a 10-year commitment to achieve some ambitious goals as we continue to recover from Covid19.
It includes a review of our new management structure, our key objectives for our staff and centres, how we serve our members and how we maintain sustainable growth for the business. We want:
- a passionate, dynamic and resilient team who continually strives to excel and deliver for our community,
- maintain, expand and invest in our facilities whilst taking seriously our responsibility to reduce our carbon footprint.
- a world-class customer experience that can transform the health and wellbeing of our communities, and
- a sustainable thriving and growing business which surpasses the expectation of our community and put us on the world stage.
