Statement from our CEO

Due to recent events, as have many other businesses, we have had to change the way in which our Organisation operates to ensure the well-being of our team members, the longevity of the Organisation and to best place us to overcome this awful time.

As per the Prime Minister, all of our Centres remain closed and we have successfully relocated a number of our colleagues to home working. We will continue to provide the best remote service with our small retained team.

We have retained all contracted members of staff, but we have classified many as ‘furloughed,’ We have been able to retain all contracted staff and will be ensuring that the teams receive 100% of their salary for as long as possible.

We will still be keeping in touch with Customers, Partners, Clubs and Groups through our Social Media channels, so please ensure you follow us to keep up to date.

If you are one of our members who has received a letter advising you that you are a Shielded citizen, please don’t hesitate to call our bookings line which is now manned Monday – Friday between 10am and 4pm (01633 627100). We are happy to signpost you or provide support to you wherever possible. Please don’t hesitate to ring us.

We have been overwhelmed by the messages of support and as a company, our priority has been to look after our team in the best possible way.
