Matt Strong - Cwmbran

Background

Health and wellbeing have been a part of my life for the past 16 years. I studied Outdoor Activities in college and have constantly participated in some kind of sport; ranging from Cricket, Tough Mudder, Half Marathon, Mountain Biking and Kayaking.

Since working at Cwmbran Stadium I visit the gym daily and run very popular Spin and Bootcamp classes.

Ross Gower - Cwmbran

Background

From an early age I have always been involved in different sports. I represented Wales in Roller Hockey for several years. I started to gain weight through poor food choices, this led to me eventually weighing 22 stone at my heaviest. I decided that enough was enough, and I began to clean up my diet. I lost a total of 8 stone!

I like to help others reach thier goals through my knowledge and feel that my experience makes me a better trainer. There are so many approaches we coud use, so lets get started!!!

I have been working in the fitness industry for the past 10 years, which have included a range of roles such as Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Kettlebells and Circuit Class instructor.

Owen Mayers - Pontypool ALC 

Background

I have always been passionate about fitness. I studied sport science in University and to back up this knowledge I have a Level 3 Personal Training qualification, Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 2 Exercise to Music and various other fitness qualifications.

I would love to pass this knowledge onto customers during one to one personal training sessions.
