Booking T&Cs

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Casual Bookings and Direct Debit Customers.

Cancellation of booking/s:

  1. More than 24 hours notice - no charge will be incurred
  2. Less than 24 hours notice - All bookings will be charged at the exact value of the booking.
  3. Any booking cancelled within 24 hours of the start time, shall be charged to the named booking.
  4. Any booking that is not cancelled or is not attended (no show) will be charged in line with point 3 above.
  5. A refund will be given if the activity is cancelled by Torfaen Leisure Trust Ltd.

 

MOBILE APP BOOKINGS

Casual Bookings and Direct Debit Customers - This applies to all casual bookings made via the Mobile App.

  1. No refunds will be given to pay as you go customers, unless the activity is cancelled by Torfaen Leisure Trust Ltd.
  2. It may be possible to transfer your booking, if more than 24 hours notice is given. This can be done by contacting our Bookings Team on 01633 627100. 

Please note your booking can only be transferred once.

GROUP EXERCISE BOOKINGS

  1. You will be able to cancel your classes in the Centre, by telephone or via the Mobile App. All cancellations require a minimum of 1 hour notice to allow time for us to re-book your space from the waiting list.
  2. Any cancellations received with less than 1 hour notice and any 'no shows' will be charged £4.30. These will be dealt wiht ona case by case basis. The Bookings team will be able to waive these charges in extenuating circumstances. This will be monitored closely and customers who regularly fail to inform us prior to 1 hour before the class or fail to attend will be charged. Bookings Hotline number: 01633 627100.
  3. This amount will need to be paid at Reception or via telephone to the Bookings Team. Until this amount is cleared, ALL bookings will be chargeable.
  4. The Reception Team DO NOT have discretion to waive these charges.
  5. It is VERY IMPORTANT that your attendance is recorded for each class. If the attendance is not recorded by completing registration at the class, this will automatically be recorded as a 'no show' and a charge will be generated.
  6. Any disputes will be dealt with formally by emailing; This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and these will be investigated by our Health & Fitness Manager.

BLOCK BOOKINGS

Conditions for Block Bookings apply - Please contact the Bookings Team before submitting your cancellation. 

 

PARTY BOOKINGS

Parties can be cancelled when giving 7 days prior notice. The £30 deposit paid when making your Booking is non-refundable.

In the event that the final numbers/payment is not received 7 days before, we will consider the party cancelled and your £30 deposit lost.
