Staff are nice and friendly and polite. It gets me out of the house, has very good equipment and is very clean.

Wanted to start strength training and Pump Fusion is a fantastic addition.

My first time back at Cwmbran Stadium today, I loved it more than before. Plenty of kit left, lovely airy, spacious and clean. we have our on little cleaning caddies to sterilise after our use of stations. It was so nice to see the staff, I love the staff. Bryn was in today and he's always super helpful and welcoming. I'm so glad to be back, it's put a bit of happy in my day."
